How do I

place an order?

All of our items are available for purchase in our Etsy Shop. We aren't open to the public at any time.

Payment

& Shipping

We sell all of our products online through Etsy or seasonally at local arts and craft shows, excluding the CBD which we sell direct. Etsy calculates the price for shipping your package via the method you select. We do our best to pull your items as soon as possible, pack and ready them for shipment via the USPS.

Since the monetary portion of your transaction is handled electronically through Etsy or Square, we never have access to your payment information. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Returns

& Refunds

Please note that there is NO RETURN on all food, herbs, botanicals, muslin bags and sachets. Due to the nature of personal care items (soaps, skincare, bath & body products; herbal packs, CANNOT be returned unless the item is defective. There is a 50% restocking fee on all returns, including undeliverable/wrong address packages, no exceptions. Please note that in all cases of returns, no exceptions, the buyer pays outgoing & return shipping. If a returned package is to be reshipped, buyer pays re-shipping and return handling costs.
